Shipping & Handling

We ship to the address shown on your billing details. Please make sure your address is correct.
Generally, items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared and complete payment
(excluding weekends and Public holidays).
We ship worldwide via REGISTERED INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL by Australia Post.
Delivery time to most overseas countries is approximately 10-14 working days.
Some remote areas of Australia may take up to a month for standard delivery. We
recommend express post for remote areas. Please contact us for a postage quote.
If you require your products FAST, we do provide an express delivery option for a small additional
charge. Please contact us to arrange your Express Delivery Requirements.
Returns PolicyCustomer SatisfactionAt Black Frog we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. We carefully inspect allour shipments prior to them leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied withyour purchase, simply follow the instructions below.Returns & Exchanges
Faulty goods will be exchanged on return of initial purchase.
Paid Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable.
We carefully inspect every item before posting them. Refund or exchange on defective
items is accepted within 30 days after the item is received. No refund or exchange will be
accepted after 30 days, unless noted otherwise.
All returned merchandise must be in as new condition, with the original box and packaging.
We inspect returned items before issuing refunds or exchanges.
Refund or exchange is not acceptable if damage other than the manufacturer’s defects is
found. Black Frog reserves the right to determine manufacturer’s faults.
Warranties / Other
All items come partially charged and will need to be fully charged for optimum use.
All items come with a 30 day return to base warranty unless noted otherwise for manufacturer’s
faults.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. The unit will be replaced and posted
back at our expense. If no stock is available a refund will be given.
The warranty will be voided if the unit has been tampered with or damaged.
