Q How long will it take for me to get my lights?
A We post within 24 hours of received cleared and complete payment. Postal time to
the main centres of Australia is 2-3 days. Country and remote areas is 5-10 days.
LED’s
Q How long will the LED’s last? What happens if one fails?
A The LED’s have a 100,000 hour life span. In the unlikely event that one fails, it will
not affect the operation of the remaining lights.
Q The lights aren’t the colour I ordered. They are clear?
A All our LED’s are clear until turned on.
Q How bright are these lights? (flood, spot, wall lights, bollards)
A We use super bright LED’s that have a very sharp point of light. The more LED’s
in the unit, the brighter the light output.
Batteries
Q Are batteries included?
A Yes, all units come with batteries
Q Are the batteries replaceable?
A Yes, replacement batteries are available at any good electronics store.
Q How often does the battery need to be replaced?
A On average, once every 12 months.
Other
Q Can these lights be used inside?
A Yes, all our lights can be used inside. The solar panel will need to be covered to
fool the light into believing it is night time. The solar panel will still require sunlight to
recharge the batteries - place the panel in a sunny location or take outside to charge.
